Our stone-baked vegan nougat cakes have gradually entered the vegan nougat market.
This nougat made without honey or eggs has a toasted almond flavor with Mediterranean lemon zest. At the end, a little cinnamon is added to give it a rounded touch that will surprise you.
It is presented in cake format, our favorite format for sharing, in two varieties of 200g or 400g and vacuum packed. We also have this delicacy in liquid nougat format , perfect for bakeries or making desserts.
