Our family size Catalonian Jijona Nougat Bar weighs 500 grams . This format of large soft nougat is one of the largest sold on the market to the consumer and is ideal for sharing. In addition, this is the best quality family turron you can buy and has the seal of the regulatory council. It is made in a totally artisan way in Jijona with national raw materials of the highest quality: 70% of almonds and 17% of pure bee honey.

This large format nougat is sold in a cardboard box decorated with our traditional anagrams. A classic at the Jijonenca tables. There is also the classic 500 gram bar of Alicante family turrón.

It is the perfect nougat to share with family or friends due to its large amount of nougat.

In the following video you can see how we make it handmade in our factory located in Jijona (ALICANTE).

Ingredients: Toasted almond (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumin. May contain traces of other nuts and sesame.
