The terronico nougat you can buy is a crunchy nougat that, along with guirlache, is one of the only ones where the skin is not removed from the toasted almond, which is why it has a characteristic flavour. In addition, this nougat always contains whole almonds, which makes it very hard to find.  Thanks to our improved recipe, which contains more almonds and more honey than sugar, terronico is not excessively hard and can be chewed easily. As if that were not enough, it is also divided into two 100 g bars, making it easier to break and chew as it is thinner.  It comes in bar format, but divided into two 100 g bars."}
