Three Kings\u2019 cascas are a very popular sweet in the Valencian Community and in areas of Mallorca, as it is customary to give them to godchildren on Three Kings\u2019 Eve instead of the famous rosc\u00f3n. We make these marzipan cascas with our artisan recipe using marzipan (made with mollar almonds, which are sweeter, so we use less sugar) and fill them with candied sweet potato, although we also have cascas filled with candied egg yolk, to offer more variety of fillings.  They are hand-wrapped in cellophane, tied with ribbons, and weigh 250 g\u2014ideal for sharing between 3 or 4 people."}
