During the Christmas season, chocolate clusters<\/strong> become a perfect dessert to share with family and friends, as they are an exquisite Spanish confectionery treat (weighing about 15 grams per unit). There are three varieties to choose from: Dark, milk, and white chocolate.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

You can add a festive touch to the white chocolate clusters<\/strong> by decorating them with small gold or red sugar stars.<\/p>\n

In summer, to preserve the artisan chocolate clusters<\/strong> and prevent them from melting, it is important to store them correctly in a cool, dry place without sudden changes in humidity or temperature. Humidity and heat can cause them to melt or bloom. This won’t spoil the product, but it won’t be as aesthetic. <\/p>\n

For some time, we only made them with almonds, without hazelnuts. But we believe the flavor provided by natural hazelnuts is ideal for pairing with other desserts. <\/p>\n

Another newer variant is chocolate clusters with cereal<\/strong>, where muesli or puffed rice adds a very crunchy touch.
