May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, egg, milk, sesame, soya and sulphites. Contains no Genetically Modified Organisms.  <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>pistachio nougat<\/strong>, despite being a sweet, offers an interesting nutritional profile. Per 100 g of product, the following nutritional information is provided: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energy: 1934 kJ\/462 kcal<\/li>\n<li>Fat: 21 g, of which saturates 2.8 g<\/li>\n<li>Carbohydrates: 53 g, of which sugars 51 g<\/li>\n<li>Dietary fibre: 5.1 g<\/li>\n<li>Protein: 11 g<\/li>\n<li>Salt: 0 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please remember that <strong>pistachio nougat<\/strong>, although healthy, is not a diet product. It provides a lot of energy and contains sugars. <\/p>\n<h1>Pistachio nougat: A gourmet delight that wins over palates<\/h1>\n<p>Our <strong>soft pistachio nougat<\/strong> is very similar to the <a href=\"https:\/\/turroneslacolmena.com\/turron-yema-tostada\/\">artisan toasted egg yolk nougat, awarded several times in Barcelona<\/a>. It is essentially a marzipan made with ground pistachios, a delicious nut that has become fashionable and gives it its characteristic green colour.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">C<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Grown mainly in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions, it began to be used in nougat making as an alternative to almonds.
