Stone-Ground Turrón

Turrones a la piedra are distinguished by their aromatic flavor of freshly toasted almond, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Many people confuse them with soft turrón, but their name does not come from their texture, but rather from how they are made, in stone mills.

Another important difference is that turrones a la piedra do not contain honey or egg among their ingredients. Only 100% natural ingredients are used for their preparation: national almond, sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Nothing more.
