These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter GTC), regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website for the sale of artisan nougat: www.turroneslacolmena.com
Users who make purchases on this website fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.
It will be an indispensable requirement the reading and acceptance of the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.turroneslacolmena.com.
As stipulated in current legislation, our customers may exercise their right of withdrawal and return products, for whatever reason, within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods. To do so, the conditions set forth in this document must be met. You may do so by filling out the

The consumer must be refunded the full amount of the purchase, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs. On the other hand, the consumer will have to pay the shipping costs of returning the goods when he has been previously informed of this.
In order to cancel, the product must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, otherwise it may be subject to depreciation. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer.
The website offers and sells to its customers nougat, chocolate and sweets so that the customer can choose from several price ranges. In addition to this, baskets and personalized lots are made at the request of the client or company that requests this service.
You do not need to register as a customer to access the purchase. However, as a registered customer you will be able to access all order details, as well as take advantage of exclusive offers sent to registered customers.
The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the placement of the order by filling in the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment.
All prices shown on our website include VAT. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment on, the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and the user will have access to it in his customer area.
When purchasing products we may send you an email from a third party so that you can evaluate your purchase. The main reason is to improve our services and help other customers about our products.
The customer will be able to purchase the products by choosing among the different methods of payment detailed.
Shipping, delivery times and tracking
The shipment will be made through a parcel agency. This company will deliver your order to the address you have provided. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00h. For other time slots and delivery days, please consult price.

Delivery times may vary due to the unavailability of any of the products at the time of shipment, in which case the customer would be notified by any of the data provided at the time of shipment to proceed to refund the amount of the product, to make an exchange for another product of the same value or to delay the shipment until the product is available again.
Turrones La Colmena does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays. Anyway you can contact us via Whatsapp and try to make a special delivery.
Turrón la Colmena is not responsible for delays in the delivery of its merchandise, due to transport incidents, absence of the addressee, changes of address by the customer.
The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order at home to return it. To make the return, it will be necessary to access the web portal, log in with the same account that placed the order (or create an account with the same email that placed the order as a guest) and access the Orders tab and select the order to be returned.
Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment received according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. We will credit you within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after you exercise your right of return. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods. You will be responsible for the transport costs incurred in returning the goods.
In case of having purchased any product in the form of a joint offer together with others, the entire pack will have to be returned, not being able to be returned individually each one of them.
To return the product, it must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, otherwise it may be subject to depreciation.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
