Turrones La Colmena is a family nougat company that personally produces, wraps, and prepares each shipment of artisanal nougat and sweets. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee shipment within the first 24 hours after purchase.
However, nougat shipments usually leave our factory in less than 48 hours. As a general rule, all online orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day and, depending on their destination, take more or less time to arrive.
Our online store can ship nougat and sweets throughout Europe and the Rest of the World, which is why shipping costs are not included in the product price, as they vary depending on the destination zone or country, the weight, and the size of the package…
The shipping price appears once your order is ready and you add the delivery address in the final form. Our system will automatically offer you different payment options and a calculation of the final shipping costs.

Shipping Nougat to Spain:
We offer nougat shipments throughout Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
For this, we oftenuse different transport companies, such as GLS, DHL, CTT… always 24h/48h courier companies. The choice of company usually depends on logistics, schedules, area…
For shipments to Spain outside the peninsula, there may be customs charges. We do our best to prevent this from happening, and it is not common. These charges must be borne by the buyer.
- Shipping nougat to the peninsula and Balearic Islands is usually free above a certain amount.
- Nougat shipments to the Canary Islands: The final price for parcel shipments to the Canary Islands is determined by weight and delivery time.
- Nougat shipments to Ceuta and Melilla: The shipment of nougat to Ceuta and Melilla is determined by weight and volume.

How do we ship nougat throughout Spain and Europe?
We ship nougat, polvorones, chocolate, Pan de Cádiz, and other sweets to Europe. We send them in perfectly sealed boxes for secure delivery.
Each package is prepared individually by us, and each shipment will be made by courier.
As a general rule, all packages that enter our system before 1:00 PM are shipped, although sometimes we have to pack something, and it cannot be shipped until the next day.
Once delivered to the carrier, orders to the peninsula will be delivered in approximately 24 hours (barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our company’s control, such as address errors, lack of contact phone number, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, etc.).
Orders placed on Fridays will arrive on Monday. As a general rule, courier companies DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. If you need urgent Saturday delivery, please call us, and we will try to arrange it with the agency (this usually incurs an extra charge).
Orders placed on a public holiday in the Valencian Community will be dispatched on the next working day. We briefly remind you of the public holidays in the Valencian Community.

Customs and Tariffs
When the page detects that you are purchasing from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any country not belonging to the European Customs Union, our system will deduct local taxes from the product price. If this does not happen automatically, the price will be recalculated without taxes when you enter the shipping address.
Please note that shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and areas not belonging to the European Customs Union do not include any import costs (tariffs) that may exist and will be paid at the destination by the recipient of the goods.
