Assorted portions of nougat

Our assorted nougat portions weigh 25g and are ideal for sharing with the family at Christmas time. In addition, they are individually wrapped in bags, which keeps them in perfect condition. We also have individual nougat portions of 50g although we call them “minitablets”.

At present we elaborate four different types of mini nougats and all of them have supreme quality nougat formulas.

• Mini assorted soft mini nougat Jijona: 64 % roasted ALMOND. 12% honey, sugar, glucose syrup, emulsifier E471 and egg white. May contain peanuts and other nuts.
• Turrones Duros Alicante: 60% roasted almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, 12% honey, wafer (potato starch and sunflower oil) and egg white. May contain peanuts and other nuts.
• Milk Chocolate Nougat: Sugar, ALMONDS: 30%, cocoa butter, milk powder: 13%, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 22 % minimum. Allergens: almond, milk and soy. May contain traces of peanuts, other nuts (hazelnuts).
• Toasted egg yolk nougat: Almond (40%), candied egg yolk (30%), sugar, glucose syrup, condensed milk (fresh milk, sugar, lactose), stabilizer (E-466), acidulant (citric acid), flavor, preservatives (sorbic acid, potassium sorbate), coloring (curcumin).

In the case of Jijona and Alicante nougat in assorted portions, they are registered in the PGI Jijona and Alicante nougat, which ensures their supreme quality. The chocolate or toasted yolk ones do not have PGI because they do not exist.

The jars containing these assorted mini nougats are made of PET plastic and have an airtight seal. You can then store other foods inside them.
