The Alicante hard nougat tablets that you can buy in our store have a weight of 200g or 300g. The same as the Jijona soft nougat that you can buy here. Made in the traditional way with our unique hard nougat recipe .
Making Alicante hard nougat is not easy. The caramel must be prepared by mixing sugar and all the honey. Then egg white is added to whiten the mixture. Once the exact point is reached, the toasted and peeled almonds are added. Finally, it has to be introduced into large molds where blocks are made which, once cut, become the traditional bars of Alicante nougat that you can buy.

Ingredients: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soy and peanut. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten free product.
