Unlike other types of chocolate, the sweetness of milk chocolate is well-rounded, and its texture melts in your mouth.
Although the base of this product is natural cocoa and sugar, this milk chocolate contains lactose as it is made with milk powder.
We manufacture sweets, but we do not produce the chocolate coatings ourselves.
Ingredients of milk chocolate
There are different recipes in the world for making milk chocolate.
Although there are different manufacturers, various regulations were created to determine its composition.
A milk chocolate, although proportions may vary depending on the master chocolatier, contains the following ingredients:
- Cocoa (composed mainly of cocoa mass and cocoa butter). Its origin is from cocoa beans.
- Milk powder. It is used in powder form to maintain texture.
- Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin (Added to provide greater fluidity).
- Sugar, in varying proportions.
- And as an aroma, a touch of vanilla is added.
