What you should know about Gluten-Free Nougats
Gluten-free nougat
Our nougat bars are gluten-free as they are supreme quality nougats and are not made with any type of flour.
The only products in our entire store that may contain gluten are pastry products. These are our gluten-free nougats
Nougat for diabetics and celiacs.
Although the recipe for products with sweeteners is slightly different from the traditional one, these are also gluten-free; therefore, they are accessible to both diabetics and celiacs.
Nougat for those with intolerances
As if that weren’t enough, 95% of our nougat catalog is both gluten and lactose-free. This makes our nougats suitable for almost any intolerance.
Other gluten-free sweets
In addition to gluten-free nougats, there are sweets that contain no gluten at all. This is not an exhaustive list, but it will give you an idea:
- Marzipans: Made with almonds and sugar.
