The delicious chocolates filled with liquid cream of soft nougat have a surprising texture. They are not overly sweet, a perfect balance. Once inside your mouth the chocolate breaks and the nougat melts creating an explosion that ends in a balanced flavor mixture between the chocolate bonbon and the Jijona nougat. The taste of honey and toasted almonds will linger on your palate during the after-dinner meal.
Each bonbon is hand-wrapped one by one in an individual black wrapper. We also have these nougat filled chocolates in bulk to make them more economical.
Ingredients: 60% MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, whey powder, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier E-322 (SOYA lecithin) and vanillin). 40% Jijona nougat (70% toasted almonds, 12% honey and egg white). Cocoa minimum 30%. May contain traces of peanuts and other hard-shelled nuts (hazelnut).
