In Jijona it is popularly known as Terronico nougat, although it is a Almond & Caramel Crocanti nougat with sesame seeds.
We make it using our own recipe, improved by adding more almonds and more honey than sugar. This creates a caramel with a lower melting point that melts in the mouth as well as crunches.
We would like to highlight that it is not an overly sweet nougat, so if you are not careful, you will finish the whole bar in the blink of an eye.

Ingredients: toasted almond (65%), honey, sugar, sesame and wafers (potato starch and sunflower oil). May contain traces of other tree nuts, sesame, milk, soya and peanut. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product / Gluten free.
