Truffled chocolate nougat with Marc de Cava is one of those products that surprise from the first bite.

Our truffled nougats are made in several layers: A dark chocolate coating on the outside filled with truffled chocolate with a touch of Marc de cava liqueur. Finally, decorate one by one with white chocolate.

Marc de cava is a beverage produced in the Penedès region (Catalonia). This drink is obtained from the distillation of the “mothers” of cava. It is like pomace, but with the particularity that it does not come from grapes, but from cava.

It is vacuum packed in 200g tablets.
