Buying artisanal fondant walnuts has always been somewhat difficult because they are not commercially produced for supermarkets. This is because they must be handmade one by one.
The marzipan for these fondant walnuts available for purchase must be shaped into a ball, gradually inserting the whole walnut inside without breaking it. This same artisanal marzipan ball covering the walnut is then dipped in a light syrup and left to dry until a smooth layer of glaze forms.
These fondant walnuts are sold in 200 g boxes and, for some time now, we have been individually wrapping them so they stay fresh longer in your pantry.
