Buying artisanfondant nuts has always been a bit difficult to find because they are not commercially produced in supermarkets. That is because it is necessary to make them by hand one by one.
The marzipan of these fondant walnuts that you can buy should be molded into a ball and introduce the whole walnut inside little by little without breaking it. The same marzipan ball that covers the walnut is then bathed in a light syrup and left to dry until a smooth layer of glaze is formed.
These fondant nuts are sold in 200g boxes and, for some time now, we have been packaging them individually to keep them longer in your pantry.
