At Turrones la Colmena, we use high-quality chocolate that we slowly melt at a specific temperature to maintain its original properties and flavor throughout the process. Blended with puffed rice and a smooth hazelnut paste, we achieve a creamy yet crunchy Nougat.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, puffed rice (10%), hazelnut paste, emulsifier (soy lecithin), and flavor (vanillin). Cocoa: 32% minimum. May contain traces of other tree nuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
