The dark chocolate nougat that you can buy in our online store is made with the best raw materials on the market.
This nougat is only made in autumn and winter, as the cold maintains the chocolate’s highest quality. However, we do make dark chocolate rounds during the rest of the year because they sell out very quickly.
The pure or dark chocolate we use comes from the cocoa seed. Rather, it is the result of a mixture of cocoa mass and cocoa butter, completely natural products that you should not fear. One thing you should note: the higher the proportion of cocoa, the lower the percentage of sugar. Our artisan pure chocolate nougat always has a cocoa percentage of 70% or more. Look at other brands that sell pure chocolate nougats with a much lower percentage!
Ingredients: Sugar, toasted almonds (30%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), and flavoring (vanillin).
May contain traces of other nuts, milk, and/or peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product.
