What you should know about Lactose-free nougats
Lactose and milk-free nougats
Practically all the nougats we produce are lactose-free. For example, factory-made nougats such as Jijona nougat and Alicante nougat do not contain it.
Other lactose-free nougats you can find in our catalog include guirlache or marzipan varieties, made with almonds and sugar.
