Our nougat logs are a block format but reduced in size.

To give you an idea, a nougat log is just a block cut in half lengthwise. The result is a nougat tablet cut in half in a square format.

We currently produce these four different flavors of artisan nougat logs and they are Supreme Quality.

Jijona nougat: 3,3kg
Alicante nougat: 2,7kg
Toasted egg yolk nougat: 3,3kg
Dark Chocolate Nougat: 1,8kg

These nougat logs are ideal for making nougat by cutting or selling by weight. In the case of hard nougat logs , they come pre-cut in bars and in the same bag to keep them. The soft ones come in a chunky trunk. Vacuum packed.

The nougat logs that you can buy are made in the same way as the rest of the nougat blocks and have the following ingredients:

Jijona nougat: toasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar and EGG albumen.
Alicante nougat: toasted almond ( 65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumin.. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil). Toasted egg yolk nougat: sugar, almond (35%), egg yolk ( 11%), water, powdered MILK ( 2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200.
Dark Chocolate Nougat: roastedALMOND (40%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYBEAN lecithin) .), aroma. Cocoa: 70% minimum.

The nougat logs may contain traces of other nuts, milk, sesame and/or peanuts. Gluten free / Gluten free product.
