The nougat logs you can purchase are made the same way as the rest of the nougat blocks and contain the following ingredients:
- Soft Almond Nougat (Jijona): Roasted ALMOND (70%), honey (17%), sugar and EGG albumin.
- Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): Roasted ALMOND (65%), honey (20%), sugar and EGG albumin. Wafer on surface (potato starch, sunflower oil). Toasted Yolk Nougat: Sugar, ALMOND (35%), EGG yolk (11%), water, MILK powder (2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200
- Dark Chocolate Nougat: Roasted ALMOND (40%), sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), flavouring. Cocoa: 70% minimum.
The nougat logs may contain traces of other tree nuts, milk, sesame and/or peanuts. Gluten-free product / Gluten free.
