Buying handmade Alicante nougat is a Spanish tradition. This format will surprise you as it is much finer than buying Alicante nougat in 300g format that you have here.

Handmade according to the traditional recipe, it contains toasted marcona almonds, sugar, pure honey and egg white. It is a hard nougat with the quality guarantee seal of the Jijona and Alicante nougat regulatory council. Hard nougat with Denomination of Origin. Gluten and lactose free

It is presented in a 2 tablet vacuum-packed format in a beautifully decorated box, our usual box. The perfect format for sharing.

Traditionally made with our unique hard nougat recipe .

Ingredients: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of other nuts and/or sesame.
