Marc de cava is a beverage obtained from the distillation of the “mothers” of cava. It is considered a gourmet pomace but with the particularity of not coming from grapes, but from cava. It is traditionally made in the Penedès region (Catalonia).
Ingredients: Dark chocolate coating (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin and natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa 52% minimum), milk, sugar, pasteurized cream butter 82% G.M. (contains milk), glucose and fructose syrup, stabilizer: sorbitol (E420i), liqueur mar de cava: 0.5% and white chocolate coating (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavor. Cocoa 25% minimum. May contain traces of egg, sesame, peanut, almond and other nuts in shell or shelled.
