- Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): Toasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar, and egg albumin. May contain traces of other tree nuts, sesame, milk, soy, and peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product.
- Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar, and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of other tree nuts, sesame, milk, soy, and peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product.
- Stone-ground Nougat: Toasted almonds (49%), sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon. May contain traces of other tree nuts, sesame, milk, soy, and peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product.
