Ingredients:

Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): toasted almond (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumen.
Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): toasted almond (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumen. Wafer on the surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
Candied fruit nougat: Sugar, almond (35%), egg yolk (11%), water, milk powder (2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200.
Fruit nougat: almond (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity regulator E-330 and colourings (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry) and E-142).
Toasted egg yolk nougat: Sugar, almond (35%), egg yolk (11%), water, milk powder (2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200.
Marzipan figurines: ALMOND (45%), sugar, glucose syrup, fructose, water, preservative E-200 and acidulant E-330.

All may contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soya and peanuts.
