Ingredients:
- Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): Toasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumen.
- Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumen. Wafer on the surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
- Toasted egg yolk nougat: Sugar, almonds (35%), egg yolk (11%), water, milk powder (2%), vanilla essence and preservative E-200.
- WHEAT flour, ALMOND 27%, sugar, lard, lemon zest and cinnamon. Made in a factory that also uses other TREE NUTS, EGG AND SOY. Contains gluten.
All may contain traces of other tree nuts, sesame, milk, soy and peanuts.
