Nougat ingredients:
- Jijona Nougat: Toasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar, and egg albumin.
- Alicante Nougat: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar, and egg albumin. Wafer on the surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
- Guirlache: Toasted almonds (65%), honey, sugar, sesame, and wafers (potato starch and sunflower oil).
- Snow Nougat: Sugar, almonds (48%), water, lemon zest, cinnamon, and preservative E-200.
- Marzipan Nougat with fruit: Marzipan: Almonds (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest, and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry, and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity regulator E-330, and colorings (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry), and E-142).
