Each box of nougat contains 3 portions of 50 grams of classic nougat that can be chosen from nine varieties. In total 150 grams of artisan nougat in a beautifully decorated box.
Ingredients of the nougat:
- Turron de Jijona: Toasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumin.
- Turron Alicante: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil).
- Guirlache: Toasted almonds (65%), honey, sugar, sesame and wafers (potato starch and sunflower oil).
- Snow nougat: Sugar, almonds (48%), water, lemon zest, cinnamon and preservative E-200.
- Marzipan nougat with fruits: Marzipan: Almond (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity corrector E-330 and coloring (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry) and E-142).
