Our soft nougat block is possibly one of the best on the market. It is Supreme quality. In fact, we never produce different quality grades. It contains a minimum of 70% selected Mediterranean almonds and 17% orange blossom honey.
To properly preserve these 6.7kg soft nougat blocks, we simply recommend not exposing them to high temperatures or sunlight, but refrigeration is not necessary.
It is also known as soft nougat in blocks, but we call it Jijona because it is protected by the quality seals of the Regulatory Council of Designations of Origin.
Ingredients: Roasted almond (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg white. May contain traces of other tree nuts and sesame.
