Our soft block nougat is possibly one of the best on the market. It is supreme quality. In fact, we never produce different qualities. It contains at least 70% of selected Mediterranean almonds and 17% of orange blossom honey.
To preserve these 6.7 kg blocks of soft nougat , we recommend not to expose it to high temperatures or sunlight, but it is not necessary to store it in a refrigerator.
It is also known as soft nougat in blocks, but we call it Jijona because it is protected by the quality seals of the Regulatory Council of the Denominations of Origin.
Ingredients: Toasted almond (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg albumin. May contain traces of other nuts and sesame.
