Our candied mandarins contain the following ingredients: mandarins, sugar, glucose and fructose syrup, preservative (E-202), acidity regulator (E-330). The traditional ones used nowadays for this type of sweets.
Candied fruit began to be made to preserve fruit during the months when it was out of season, and although at Christmas it is available fresh, we candy it so you can enjoy it alongside other sweets.
Our candied mandarin is many people’s favourite, as it reminds them of their childhood, although young people eat it too.
We make them whole, as we believe this is the best way to preserve their natural flavour and all their juices. And you should know that the peel is completely edible, as it is thoroughly cleaned. They are ideal for dessert or for preparing other creations.
As this product is natural and served whole, our bulk candied mandarins may contain seeds inside, but they are easy to spot.
