Handmade, buying Yolk cascas is part of Valencian traditions. Where they are also known as Casca dels reis.
These cascas filled with egg yolk are handmade using our century-old recipe that includes marzipan made with mollar almonds (sweeter in flavour than others).
These Yolk casques de reis you can buy are popular in the Valencian Community and in areas of Mallorca. It is customary to give them as gifts instead of the famous roscón de reyes.
We sell them wrapped in hand-tied cellophane and weighing 250g, enough for 3 to 4 people. If you prefer, you can also buy our Cascas de reis filled with Gloria (candied sweet potato)
