The hard sugar-free nougat that you can buy in our online store is made following the traditional formula from 1854 under the same manufacturing process as Alicante nougats and artisan Jijona nougats that you can buy, but using sweeteners instead of sugar or honey.

This crunchy nougat with no added sugar contains sweeteners and is suitable for people with diabetes as maltitol and sorbitol are used.

Supreme Quality Nougat.

Ingredients: Toasted almond (66%), sweeteners (maltitol syrup, sorbitol, acesulfame K) and egg albumin. Wafer on surface (potato starch, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin). May contain traces of other tree nuts and/or sesame. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product / Gluten free.
