Ingredients for this pack of rounds:
- Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): Toasted almond (70%), honey (17%), sugar, and egg albumen.
- Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): Toasted almond (65%), honey (20%), sugar, and egg albumen. Wafer on surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
- Almond & Cinnamon soft nougat: Toasted almond (49%), sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon.
- Guirlache with Sesame: Toasted almond (65%), honey, sugar, sesame, and wafers (potato starch and sunflower oil).
- Dark Chocolate Nougat: Toasted almond (40%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring. Cocoa: 70% minimum.
- Milk Chocolate Nougat: TOASTED ALMOND (40%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), and flavouring (vanillin). Cocoa minimum 33%.
All nougat rounds in this pack are gluten-free but may contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soy, and peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product.
