All the nougat cakes in this pack are gluten-free but contain nuts (almonds). Other allergens are:
- Milk chocolate cake contains lactose.
- Jijona and Alicante nougat cakes contain egg.
- Turronico cake (Guirlache Jijonenco) contains sesame seeds.
They are made according to the traditional Jijonenco method. We have been making them since 1854 with the same recipes.
