In Jijona it is popularly known as Turrón de terronico, although it is a Guirlache nougat with sesame seeds.
We make it with our own recipe that we have improved by adding more almonds and more honey than sugar. This way we make a caramel with a lower melting point that melts in the mouth as well as crunchy.
We want to emphasize that it is not an excessively sweet nougat, so if you don’t notice, you will finish the whole bar in the blink of an eye.

Ingredients: Toasted almonds (65%), honey, sugar, sesame and wafers (potato starch and sunflower oil). May contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soy and peanut. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten free product.
