The hard nougat block you can buy is the same nougat we sell in Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante) bars, but in a professional size.
To store the 5.4 kg Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante) blocks properly, we simply recommend not exposing it to high temperatures; there is no need to keep it in the fridge.
Possibly our Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante) block is one of the best on the market, as we make it to Supreme Quality. In fact, we do not produce lower grades to avoid confusing anyone. This nougat contains a minimum of 65% selected toasted almonds and 17% orange blossom honey.
This nougat is known as hard nougat in blocks, but we call it Alicante because it has PGI quality seals that certify its quality.
Ingredients: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg white albumen. Wafer on the surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
