To properly preserve the 5,4Kg blocks of Alicante nougat , we recommend not to expose it to high temperatures, but it is not necessary to store it in a refrigerator.
Possibly our Alicante nougat in block is one of the best in the market since we elaborate it of Supreme Quality. In fact, we do not produce inferior qualities so as not to confuse anyone. This nougat contains a minimum of 65% of selected toasted almonds and 17% of orange blossom honey.
This nougat is known as hard nougat in blocks, but we call it Alicante nougat because it has IGP quality seals that certify its quality.
