Our candied cherries are a deep red color. We also produce them in green upon request.
The process for this candied fruit begins on the tree before harvest. Our suppliers wait for the ideal moment to pick them, as candying cherries at their peak ripeness is the best possible way to ensure quality.
Once harvested, they are washed for 2 days to remove any dirt or soil and then pitted. Once pitted, the cherries are simmered in syrup (sugar and water) and left to air dry. We apply a final glaze to give them a more beautiful appearance.
These bulk glacé cherries are round, flavorful, juicy, and especially sweet. Our customers use them to complement artisanal desserts.
The bulk candied cherries are served in 2kg boxes wrapped in a special preservation bag, making them ideal for workshops, pastry shops, or confectioneries. Hundreds of recipes and desserts can be created with them.
The ingredients are always from natural fruit: Natural pitted cherries, sugar, glucose and fructose syrup, preservative (E-202), acidity regulator (E-330), and coloring E-127.
