Our candied plums are selected directly from the tree. Once harvested, they are washed and candied in the traditional way. We purchase them directly from the distributor.
We make candied fruit with a specific mixture and proportion of sugar and water for each fruit. This is determined according to its absorption capacity.
The process is simple, but laborious: Cleaning the fruit, cooking in syrup, drying and finally glazing.
The ingredients used in our candied plums are traditional: Natural fruit: In this case natural plums, sugar, preservative (E-202), acidity regulator (E-330) and colouring E-100.
