Our candied egg yolk pasties are made in several steps. First prepare the marzipan with our classic recipe and, once stretched, cut the shape with a mold and put some candied egg yolk on top. They are closed one by one by hand and finally baked briefly.
Ingredients: Marzipan 50%: (Sugar, ALMOND, sorbitol, preservative E-200), EGG yolk, glucose syrup, potato starch, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, preservative (E-200) and coloring agents: E102 and E-110. May contain traces of MILK, SOY, EGG and TREE NUTS.
