Artisan marzipan Nougat with fruit in bar format.
Made in an artisan way, this Nougat is highly valued in some areas of Spain. At Turrones la Colmena, we use the best almonds to make the marzipan and the best candied fruit on the market.
There are various candied fruit Nougat recipes for Thermomix or glacé fruit Nougat for Thermomix, but we perfect this Nougat with our family recipe for artisan marzipan.
It is a very well-balanced Nougat without being excessively sweet.
Ingredients: Marzipan: Almond (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest, and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry, and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity regulator E-330, and colorings (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry), and E-142). May contain traces of other nuts, sesame, milk, soy, sulfites, and peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place. Gluten-free product.
