The Alicante Nougat portions contained in these gift boxes are a classic on every Christmas platter.

Some believe it is made in Alicante, but this is not the case. This Nougat can only be produced in Jijona. Elsewhere, it is referred to as hard nougat, but only that which is made in Jijona and bears the seal is authentic Alicante Nougat.

Ingredients: Toasted almond (65%), honey (20%), sugar, and egg albumen. Wafer on surface (potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of other tree nuts and/or sesame.
