The Alicante nougat in portions contained in these gift boxes is one of the classics in every Christmas tray.

Some people think it is made in Alicante and it is not. This nougat can only be made in Jijona. In other places they call it hard nougat, but only the one that is made in Jijona and has the seal is authentic Alicante nougat.

Ingredients: Toasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of other nuts and/or sesame.
