The Marc de Cava is a beverage obtained from the distillation of the “lees” of cava. It is considered a gourmet pomace brandy, but with the distinction that it does not originate from grapes, but from cava. It is traditionally produced in the Penedès region (Catalonia).
Ingredients: Dark chocolate coating (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids 52% minimum), milk, sugar, pasteurised cream butter 82% fat (contains milk), glucose-fructose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol (E420i), Marc de Cava liqueur: 0.5% and white chocolate coating (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring. Cocoa solids 25% minimum). May contain traces of egg, sesame, peanuts, almonds and other nuts with or without shell.
