Artisan marzipan nougat with fruit (300g) in tablet format.
Manufactured in the traditional way, this nougat is highly valued in some areas of Spain. In Turrones la Colmena we use the best almonds to make the marzipan and we use the best candied fruit in the market.
There is some other recipe for candied fruit nougat thermomix orcandied fruit nougat thermomix but this nougat we embroider with our family recipe of artisan marzipan.
It is a very well balanced nougat without being excessively sweet.
Ingredients: Marzipan: Almond (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest and preservative E-200. Candied fruit filling in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity corrector E-330 and coloring (E-100, E-120, E.127 (in cherry) and E-142). May contain traces of other nuts, egg, milk and sulfites.
