The nougat without sugar that you can buy in our online store is made following the traditional formula of 1854 under the same manufacturing process as the nougat from Alicante and the artisan nougat from Jijona that you can buy but using sweeteners instead of sugar or honey.

This no-sugar-added nougat contains sweeteners and is suitable for people with diabetes since maltitol and sorbitol are used.

Supreme Quality Nougat.

Ingredients: Toasted almond (66%), sweeteners (maltitol syrup, sorbitol, acesulfame K) and egg albumin. Surface wafer (potato starch, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin). May contain traces of other nuts and/or sesame.
