The snow or marzipan nougat bars that you can buy in our store are handmade in a workshop specialized in this type of nougat. In the same workshop, other types of nougat are made, such as egg yolk nougat, stone-baked nougat or candied fruit nougat.
This nougat is rare to see in non-specialized stores because it tends to have a small audience, especially because it is little known.
Its texture is similar to yolk nougat or marzipan. Its flavor is a mix between raw almond and a touch of lemon. All combined with the sweetness of sugar.
Ingredients: Sugar, almonds (48%), water, lemon zest, cinnamon and preservative E-200. May contain traces of other nuts and/or egg.
