Buying marzipan nougat could not be easier.
Artisan marzipan nougat is one of our best-known workshop-made nougats. We also call it nougat nieve.
Artisan-made, the marzipan nougat we sell has a short ingredient list but a lot of tradition behind it. Raw ground almonds, sugar and grated lemon. It is the nougat people from Jijona used to make after the Christmas season with the almonds that had not been used.
All our marzipan nougats are made with a special almond variety so it does not turn out dry, which is what often happens with marzipans made with other, cheaper raw materials. This marzipan nougat is smooth and melts in your mouth.
Once the nougat is made, just before vacuum-packing it to preserve its original flavour, we sprinkle a little cinnamon on it.
Presented in a 200 g format. Vacuum-packed with a decorated cardboard box. We also have marzipan nougats in other formats here.
