Buying marzipan nougat couldn’t be easier.
The artisan marzipan nougat is one of the best known nougats of our company’s workshop. We also call it snow nougat.
Handmade, the marzipan nougat we sell has a short list of ingredients but a lot of tradition behind it. Raw ground almonds, sugar and grated lemon. It is the nougat that the Jijonencos made after the Christmas season with the almonds that had not been used.
All our marzipan nougats are made with a special variety of almonds that does not dry out, which is what usually happens with marzipan made with other cheaper raw materials. This marzipan nougat is soft and melts in your mouth.
Once the nougat is ready, just before vacuum packaging it so that it keeps its original flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon on it.
It is presented in 300g premium format. Vacuum packed in a decorated cardboard box. We also have marzipan nougat in other formats here.
