This nougat tasting pack is handcrafted in the same way as our artisan nougats you can buy in 300g format but in a 150g version, half of a traditional bar. It’s perfect for sharing at home among 4 people.

This nougat tasting pack contains:

Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): Roasted almonds (70%), honey (17%), sugar and egg white.
Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): Roasted almonds (65%), honey (20%), sugar and egg white. Wafer on surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
Milk Chocolate Nougat: Roasted almonds (40%), sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder (11%), cocoa paste, emulsifier (soy lecithin) and flavouring.
