Our vegan stone-ground nougat rounds have gradually made their way into the vegan nougat market.
This nougat made without honey or egg has a roasted almond flavour with Mediterranean lemon zest. A little cinnamon is added at the end, giving it a rounded finish that will surprise you.
It comes in a round format, our favourite format for sharing, in two varieties of 200 g or 400 g and vacuum-packed. We also have this delicacy in liquid nougat format, perfect for bakeries or making desserts.
