This tasting pack contains the following nougats with the following ingredients:

• Soft Almond nougat (Jijona): Toasted ALMONDS (70%), honey (17%), sugar, and egg albumen.
• Hard Almond Nougat (Alicante): Toasted ALMONDS (65%), honey (20%), sugar, and egg albumen. Wafer on surface (potato starch, sunflower oil).
• Milk Chocolate Nougat: Toasted ALMONDS (40%), sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk (11%), cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), and flavouring. (Contains lactose and soy)
• Dark Chocolate Nougat: Toasted ALMONDS (40%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring. Cocoa: 70% minimum. (Contains lactose and soy)
• Guirlache Nougat: Toasted ALMONDS (65%), honey (20%), sugar, and wafers (potato starch, sunflower oil). May contain traces of other tree nuts, egg, and/or sesame.
• Toasted Yolk Nougat: Sugar, ALMONDS (35%), egg yolk (11%), water, powdered milk (2%), vanilla essence, and preservative E-200.
• Fruit Nougat: Marzipan: ALMONDS (47%), sugar, water, lemon zest, and preservative E-200. Filling of candied fruit in variable proportion (32%): fruit (pumpkin, cherry, and orange), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative E-202, acidity regulator E-330, and colourings (E-100, E-120, E-127 (in cherry), and E-142).
