In our company you can buy organic nougat with double certificate, not everyone does this to save money.
Since its foundation, our company’s philosophy has been clear on this issue: We care a lot about the environment, or as they say nowadays, being ecofriendly. That’s why a few years ago we launched this range of organic nougat. But without changing a single gram of each ingredient of our centuries-old recipes.
The production of this nougat is limited because we manufacture it in a smaller line so that ingredients are never mixed and to certify that all the nougats are 100% organic.
Ingredients: Toastedalmond* (65%), honey* (20%), cane sugar*, egg albumin* and wafers* (potato starch*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin). Made in a factory that uses: other nuts and sesame.
