Our candied egg yolk turnovers are made in several steps. First, we prepare the marzipan using our classic recipe and, once rolled out, we use a mould to cut the shape and place a little candied egg yolk on top. They are closed by hand one by one and finally briefly baked.
Ingredients: Marzipan 50%: (Sugar, ALMOND, sorbitol, preservative E-200), EGG yolk, glucose syrup, potato starch, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour, preservative (E-200) and colourings: E102 and E-110. May contain traces of MILK, SOYA, EGG and TREE NUTS.
